I did not have a thorough visit to Esplanade during those trips in the past. Of course, I grabbed the opportunity to have it during this trip.

From the outlook of the building, as you can see, the extra ordinary design in a shape just like “cempedak” or “durian” you might want to call. It is really amazing to me! You may find a lot of impressive artworks and wonderful billboards in the tunnel way ahead to Esplanade. The artworks consist of 8 chapters. Unfortunately, I missed out the 1^st chapter. Besides, it has a little tiny library at level 2; it has full facilities like multimedia, discussion area, computerize book search, etc.

There is another building right opposite of Esplanade, Marina Bayfront, with another familiar investment banking logo attached. Guess what? It is Merrill Lynch! What a surprise! I snapped some photos in the building as well as the front door. Please feel free to take a look on the photos!

During this trip, I met up with my friends (Danielle and Evonne) who didn’t contact for almost 5 years after our college life. I was glad to have chat with them during lunch and dinner!

Last but not least, many thanks to my lovely brother, Minyoon, for providing accommodation, meals and transportation fare as well as his lovely digicam. Appreciate his effort in sponsoring me all these even if he did not spent time with me during this trip.

今天晚上，以往日一样闲着看完了VCD 就开了车子往你住的方向去。一面开车、一面回忆我和你的过去。原来过去的你，除了是一个带给我无限欢乐的开朗女孩，也是一个善解人意的好女友。对你、我只能抱着无限的歉意，也只能埋藏我心中的遗憾！

很抱歉没有认真去珍惜你当初给我的关怀、也很抱歉我曾经带给你很多不愉快地回忆。我除了可以感慨，好像再也不能说些什么了。

车子已经离你家不远的高速公路，我选择了前进。原因是我没有勇气往你家那熟悉的跑道奔驰，害怕心里会有一种莫名伤痛 ……

没想到我今夜竟然会再次地把这篇文章，继续写下去。原以为这次到新加坡可以有个愉快的旅程，可没想到我还是以悲伤的心情度过。

从昨天的谈话中，知道你最近正在进行减肥课程当中，也知道你比起以前削瘦了许多，更知道你最近常常clubbing，而且每次都玩得很晚才归家。希望你要好好保重自己的身子，太多的夜生活并不见得对你有什么好处，懂吗？

也从那对话中，我感觉你已经不再眷恋了。我突然感到无比的失落，仿佛再也找不到你以往的影子。你几乎变成另外一个人，一个完全我并不了解的人。我知道我该醒了，也知道该是时候该完全死心了。不知怎么的，无法解释的痛楚突然涌上心来。顿时，我开始感觉眼眶里开始挤满了水，慢慢地从眼角的两边留了下来。我知道这一年里所经历的悲伤，换来的是无奈。我想……我不会再从蹈覆辙吧！

I remember I did mention on my upcoming Myvi test drive since June 2005. Well, few months later, finally I get this opportunity. I’ve been waiting this for so long. Special thanks to Caessy for providing her lovely car for the test run.

Most of the people assume that Perodua is 100% local car manufacturing company. However, to be more specific, Perodua Auto Corporation Sdn Bhd comprises of 51% shareholding controlled by DMC and Mitsui (Japanese Company) and 49% is owned by Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd.

Well, let’s talk more on the Myvi. It has a stylish look, good body shape and comfortable. Obviously, it is bigger and more spacious than Savvy. Of course the price is also higher.

The overall Interior design looks good and the colors are matching although mostly are dark colors. Good design on the steering and the gear controller. The panel also looks good as well as the audio system panel also looks awesome especially the lights on at night.

Passenger seats at the back are more specious even though if I take up the driver seat. Besides, the car is tall. Again, you don’t have to squeeze yourself to get in the car. I think mostly new cars are in tall size nowadays.

Upon all the compliments on the Myvi, however, there is a drawback on the pick up issue. I wonder whether it is because of the heavy body matter. I find it is quite slow pick up when the car begin to run. With the 1.3K CC horse power, I expect it should perform up to the standard but sadly to say the pick up speed really disappointed. Anyway, I deeply hope that the manual version would not have this problem.

In short, Myvi is a good looking, spacious and comfortable car. Feel free look at the photos shown below. Thanks to Caessy for giving me this opportunity to have the test drive. I am truly appreciating that!!

Intro

On 3^rd Sept 2005, was a day for Global Chinese Music Award held in Bukit Jalil Stadium. It was also coincided with Leo Ku’s concert which is held at Arena of Stars, Genting Highland. The concert started at about 8pm. The crowd is still on-going as too many audiences keep coming towards the hall. I was told that the tickets were fully sold out and more seats are added due to the over-whelming respond. With that, you could know how attractive he is.

The performance

There were some disturbance noises at the beginning. During the performance, he danced well with the dancers plus his fabulous dressing (as photos shown below) as well as the animation at the backdrop. He put a lot of effort in dancing, as he mentioned during the concert, he doesn’t want to be claimed that Leo Ku who did not know anything other than singing in the concert. Anyway, overall, the performance is excellent.

At the end of the show, there would be an “ENCORE” session as expected. Leo Ku sang his last song〈爱与诚〉. As usual, he gone to the back stage, the crews then started packing up the music instruments. Meantime, most of us not intend to leave the hall although some were leaving because none expected there will be another encore session. We stood up on the chair and keep shouted “ENCORE” again and again. The music director then show a “hold” sign to us and got into the back stage. After a short while, the music director backed on stage with the crews, and we knew Leo Ku would sing another last song for us. He asked what song we loved to listen but no one could give a unanimous answer as the environment is too noisy. Finally, he sang 〈爱与诚〉again due to no preparation for the special requested encore session.

I enjoyed it very very much. Deeply hope he would have another bigger concert in Malaysia again in the near future.
